Welcome package ?

I hate to bother everyone but does anyone know about the welcome package or where to get it? I think that this is better than HellFire, but that's just my opinion.
I'm ItalianGothic on HM, and I'm just starting to play the game.

Note... If you find that it does not accept an e-mail address. It may be because it starts with a capital letter. As phones and tablets do this automatically, so make sure it starts with a lower case letter.
