Hey there,

Most in-game issues can be resolved by simply reinstalling the app. To do so, please follow these steps:
Load the “Settings” menu on your device
Tap on “Applications”
Tap on “Manage Applications”
Locate the app you are working to fix and tap on on it and to remove
Tap on “Uninstall”

After you have completed the above steps, you can then reinstall the application. Don't forget to sign in using your existing Mobage Name and password.

This was in response to the Escape bug from last raid that directly resulted in the loss of a LB. Some players receive large renumeration when claiming they lose finisher.... it sucks but re-installing the app does not remove the conditions for this bug to occur. In fact I haven't had any issues with the escape bug this event while others report it happens quite often..... It also sucks to get the stingy ones who don't renumerate but show their lack of basic understanding of the issue.

They always tries with this answer first. Basically just answer them back and say "no this is a problem on your side and not mine" and they might give u something in compensation.

Hi there,

Let's try some general troubleshooting for the problem you're encountering on Mobage. Many times problems go away with a simple restart of your device,
which helps to clear out and make available more system memory.

To restart your device:

Locate and hold the power button down and follow any on screen prompts to shut down your device. Then, wait 30 seconds before holding the button again
to turn the device back on.

If that doesn't do the trick, try deleting the .ngmoco folder. Instruction on how can be found here:

If that does not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Don't worry, your game progress is associated with your gamername and
saved to our servers, so this is safe to do. Instructions on how to uninstall can be found here:

the steps are identical)

Lastly, if you are connecting to the game over wifi you may want to try over 3g and test the issue if possible, or if you are connecting over 3g you can
try connecting over wifi and testing the issue.
You can also check how much available memory you have on your device as this has solved the problem for some players.
